After I put on the revlon colorstay foundation, My skin looks all dry and cakey, is that normal?

Either you need to moisturize before putting on your foundation or you've bought the wrong formula because I know Revlon Colorstay has options for combonation/oily/dry skin.Revlon Colorstay Makes me look Dry and cakey?
You need to moisturize before applying foundation. Also, make sure you are buying the proper foundation for your skin type, I use Revlon Colostay too, and they have different types, from Normal to Oily/Combination skin.
