in my opinion, any type of liquid liner is great. it sinks in to your skin to keep it in place unlike normal pencil liner.Is Revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner any good?
Well i dont know what the price is but you need to be careful with longlasting eye make up because it can be hard to remove. Anyway, Colorstay is good. Ive not tried the eyeliner but the other things in that range are very good, as good as MAC
I have it and I remember it being 6 dollars or so..it does stay on but smudges easily. Its also difficult to use..
