Garnier Multi- lights or Revlon frost and glow highlighting kits?

I have dark brown hair, planning for some dark blonde/caramel highlights. Hoping to get it done in a salon but if its to expensive or i need a top-up later, which would you recommend? I have had good feedback from both, just need to decide which one to buy. Any advice? Has anyone tried these two products? By the way, i do SO NOT want to turn out orange!

Revlon for definate, i really do recommend the brand as being the very best OTC. if you want professional then choose Goldwell.Garnier Multi- lights or Revlon frost and glow highlighting kits?
i wouldnt use either becuase the developer in those only lift so much so it will turn out an orange color.

what i would do is go to a beauty supply store and buy some powder bleach with 30 developer and then buy a seperate liquid color of the color you want your highlights to be with a 20 developer, and they have tools to do your own highlights, but after you are done bleacking your hair, mix the liquid color in with the 20 developer and put that in your hair to tone your highlights to that exact color.

sound like a lot but i dont want you doing your hair with those other two and being on your bathroom floor crying that i was when i did that!
