see if it has a warranty and send it back for another one or for repairs.I have a Revlon straightner and only one side works, i there a way to clean it, or is this not normal?
Sounds like it's a cheap straightener. If you use it on a regular basis, go to a beauty supply and invest some $ into a good one.
