There are 4 shades of Revlon Frost and Glow.
Do any of them have bleach in them?Does Revlon Frost and Glow have bleach in it?
Just used it today.....the developer has hydrogen peroxide and the powder has per-sulfates...not good to breath in its powder form. It works well enough, but I find it tedious to pull hair Thru that cap with that tiny little pick..... I use an old toothbrush and dip it into the mix and apply to sections of hair.... works great for me. Good luck!
